Gopintix Solutions provides custom software development, web and mobile application development, UI/UX design, Webflow development, AI-powered solutions, graphic design, marketing, and related digital services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any project will be set out in a separate agreement or statement of work (SOW) agreed with you. These general terms apply unless otherwise specified in a signed agreement.
3. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, intellectual property rights in deliverables created specifically for you will be transferred to you upon full payment. We retain rights to our pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies. Any third-party components or licenses will be disclosed and remain subject to their respective terms.
4. Fees and Payment
Fees will be as per the quote or agreement provided. Payment terms (e.g., milestones, net 15/30) will be specified in the project agreement. Late payments may attract interest as per the agreement. We reserve the right to suspend work until payment is received if so agreed.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement. We will not disclose your business information to third parties except as necessary to perform the services or as required by law.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services or this website shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific project or service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. These limitations apply regardless of the theory of liability.
7. Warranty and Support
We warrant that our work will be performed with reasonable skill and care. Specific warranty and support periods (e.g., bug fixes, post-launch support) will be defined in your project agreement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of third-party platforms or services.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India, unless otherwise agreed in a separate contract.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the latest version. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
